Ostova Coffee Return and Refund Policy – FAQs

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened coffee products within 30 days of the purchase date. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Can I return opened coffee products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, if there’s an issue with the quality of the coffee you received, please reach out to us. We strive to ensure every cup of Ostova Coffee meets our high standards and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

3. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@ostovacoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Remember, returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened products.

4. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@ostovacoffee.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We’ll quickly send out a replacement or provide a refund, depending on your preference.

6. Can I exchange my coffee for a different type?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different coffee, please follow the return process for your unopened product and place a new order for the coffee you’d like to try.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct product or a full refund.

8. Can I return items purchased on sale?

Items purchased on sale can be returned within the same 30-day window as regular-priced items, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.
